in a distance of approx. 300m it is possible to park the car for free in the streets (behind the border to the next district).

The public parking situation next to our apartment is very good:
it is quite easy to find a parking space in the street.

Please notice that the 5 th district is - like all downtown districts (no. 1-9) - short parking area: a parking ticket has to be left in the car.
This rule is valid from Monday to Friday between 7 am to 10pm.
Parking is free on Sundays.

Short parking tickets are sold in all Austrian newspaper/tobacco shops, ("Trafik").
Price: Euro 1,20 per hour.

the best deal in town, if you want to park for a few days:
this is the cheapest option to park your car in a public garage.
Park & Ride car park P &R Parkhaus Hütteldorf - only € 3,- per day.
A weekly ticket is available for € 14,80.

The Park + Ride car park is situated at the end station of underground line U4, "Hütteldorf", and is easy accessible after 8 stops from the station near to our apartment.

Parking for daily fees is offered.
